They have elected to keep a low profile so the website is on permanent hold... there seems to be enough traffic from old regulars that advertising is deemed unnecessary. And yes, they say it's because of scrutiny from the police... I personally think they just lack the resources to do a decent job with a website.
The Tulip recruits are mostly from upcountry, and many break into the game at Tulip.... which is a mixed blessing. Old talents like Or, Nin are still around but Saeng seems to want to recruit/train fresh entries rather than accept candidates from the "musical chairs" market (ex Baron/Angel/Whatever). It's not a "Baron wannabee" but there is stong support from regulars, and no one at Tulip is complaining....

Had my first visit to Tulip on Nov 20th.
I took the BTS and it was east to find the place. They even have a sign above the shop which is visible from the platform.
