Maybe Bamboo is using this as a pilot program to see if it flies and others will follow suit. As consumers, we always have the choice to 1) boycott the A+ services, 2) boycott the establishment entirely or 3) go along with it. I think Goat got it right in explaining to Mgt why he won't be back (instead of just not going back and they chalk it up to he left LoS), this way correlation does imply causation.
