Bongkot must be relatively new. I stayed in Honey House Hotel,Soi 22, a while ago and don't remember it.
The rooms look ok and so does the receptionist.
The photos of the hallway and the stairs didn't exactly turn me on,very ordinary web site but you never know.Prices are about standard,lot of competition in that soi.

I was in the area this past week and stopped by Tulip to see if things were same as I remembered. The women (not girls) were all in late 30's to mid 40's, all mothers for sure with plenty of flab. I am sure the service is till consistent but I guess it's not the place for me.
