I go to Rakuten massage at the end of soi 33 and they will knock the top off at the end of the massage and if you are lucky you might get a blow job. Sorry though about the looks dept thing - its essential for me - face can be ordinary, but body must be able to be worshipped!
Let's put this into perspective: the average price for 2 hours 'massage' with FS is roughly 400-500Bt for the room and 2K for 'the rest'.
What I'm looking for is a place that for say 1K for the room and 3K for the girl gives the kind of surroundings I prefer to be in. Clean, functioning, maybe even a touch of style. Hell, just take a half way decent 'normal' Thai massage place with its private rooms, ambient music, good shower, nice towels and that's it!

4K eh... that is what I pay flat rate with no tippng in Houston (well 4.5K) for full service spa including jacuzzi, table bath, massage, and FS to warp things up...

Wow Dirty Guru, all that in the US for less than 200 USD??? Now that is amazing. I'd say that for most of us from 'developed countries' that kind of pricing is just not even remotely possible - sounds like you've found a gem at home.
Even Singapore doesn't yield those sorts of prices unless you go very down market Geylang way.
I would think at 4k we're still talking well within a global 'value' parameter on the whole - obviously going to be one or two exceptions such as your Houston example.
