There's quite a few massage places along the departure hall now. I'm thinking the spa is the one illustrating blue water and oxygenation. It's actually a chair massage where you sit forwards. The spa element as I recall is an optional steam face mask and/or paying extra for a health drink.
Despite high prices I could've been tempted as the girl who explained the treatment was very tasty. Behind a screen, however, stood 2 middle aged women in white who do the actual work. This wouldn't have been too off putting plus I'm certain some titillation would've been applied, though it's hard to imagine them jerking you off in public like that. Unless they move you behind the screen.
I opted instead for Relax Massage which is the big black booth near immigration. Prices again were high. I paid 250B for 15 minutes shoulder massage which proved suitably relaxing. Included were a foot & thigh rub (mine not the masseuse's) and the girl was pretty if a bit aloof. Masseuses & masseurs wear white surgical masks - maybe they think travellers smell or they don't wish to exhale green curry breath over customers. Most likely the former.
A number of options are on offer. A half-hour shoulder rub is 400B but a 90 minute body massage (on a leather chair with the back down) is substantially more, can't remember. Unlikely there'd be any sexual favors due to the setting.
I'd recommend this type of thing for de-stressing and killing time. Once you're airside you're at the point of no return and prices, though well above what you've been spoiled with, are still way below those in farangland.

I can confirm what Artisan says. I tried the one with the oxygen thing. It's nice and actually quite healthy to the oxygen treatment prior to a flight as the air up in the air really isn't healthy at all.
I was offered a lame hj inside the daparture hall in the place where you also can book a room overnight.

Last week I went up the escalators near to the dayrooms/barber shop to enquire if I could have a shower.
