I must be from another planet, but if the girl is not naked or if I can't feel her up, it is impossible for me to come from a HJ (unless I do it myself).
Who says that a HJ must be from a fully clothed TG?
You may have to pay more than the standard 500 extra fee to get a naked HJ, but it can be arranged in most cases.
I usually prefer a HJ from a naked TG over FS because the the feeling of flesh against flesh is better than a condom IMO.
