Great report. I had a very similar experience there recently. Might not be what everyone is looking for as there does not seem to be FS on offer but, if you're looking for some pampering and good fun, i'd certainly recommend it.
I think the note means that they want you to report the girl if the girl offers FS for extra money. This has happened to me in bars mostly and once or twice in massage parlours.
