I note that earlier in this eternal thread...
Nearly two years ago, it was rumored that Saeng
was worn out and would retire.

I agree with your comments on the 'humanity' of Saeng. I feel the same and really like her as a person. Would I care so much if she was a real b**ch? Absolutely not. But she is always up and in a good mood. She knows clearly that she has a job to perform and IMO, makes the most of it.
As BK also mentioned about the services she performs, she has told me that she only has a few days every month where she has more than two customers per day.
