I agree that you should have said something.
I is difficult to step up in some cases--I have had bad experiences and just walked away.
But this is highly unusual service for Sazanka, and I would have said something. Sazanka is on the Korean style and I believe the girls are expected to provide a HJ as part of the paid for service. If they are asking for tips, you should report it.
