Sazanka, ah Sazanka.Never missed going to that place when it was at the old location. Great service done by some great girls.
But ever since they moved, I thought the service level, I mean the girls, have gone down. I was back at the new location two or three times but I could never never get the kind of service I long for. What happen.?

I believe, they no longer provide instructions to new girls like before. Noticed when they apply hot towels on your back, they no longer wrap you in plastic to enhance your experience. They just post a plastic cover onto customer, losely. All the heat goes away and the effect diminishes.
Loved to visit them in their old location, too. At least once a week, but now I just check back every 4 or 5 months. My last 3 visits have been disappointing.
Today was my last visit for a long time to come. They just don't care about what customers feel anymore imho. My therapist left 3 times for around 10 minutes. During the special she stood as far away from me as possible with one hand behind her back and the other doing her routine. It felt so lousy. 'No mas' as Roberto Duran said when giving up a frustrated fight.

That would be very impolite. It's up to them to ask me if I was happy. If they don't ask me, it means they don't care, anyhow. Usually, I find it a good sign when mamasans or managers ask about customer satisfaction. Actually, very few do.

If you need the scrub as part of the session the only other place I know is Akane either at Ploenchit or soi 33

You can get a scrub only at Akane Chidlom and not at Sukh 33. You can get a scrub at Nico near Asoke BTS.

Not so great. I just went there three times. Prices have gone up and service has gone down. Disappointed. Body scrub is decent, but extras are not as good and more expensive.
