Some guy referred to this place as a bit sleazy and nasty, reminding him of somewhere like St.Anne's Court in London's Soho.
Well, it may be tucked away down a sub-soi of Soi 22 opposite the Park Avenue or Royal Mercure Hotel or whatever you want to call it, but no way is it anything that you would find in Soho.
Soho and especially that part of it, smells of rotting vegetables, olive oil, over-cooked kebabs, fresh bread, cold pizza mixed with semen, discarded condoms and spiced curries and a slap of burnt spaghetti and tomato sauce.....all of which you could easily slip on to fall flat on your face.
Our Australian member would have a fit and have to be rushed to hospital with contractions of the nostrils.
Soi 22 and particularly Hana's subsoi is clean and kept swept.
The massage parlour itself is about one of the cleanest in the city.
O.K. so you may not like the decor and interior design. But this is Thailand and Thai ladies like colour. Very few of them would prefer to work in an environment with dull or muted colours. So what ? It's clean and fresh and pleasant.
So they don't have burning incense and candles and piped music. If you want that, go to a Spa or an upper-class joint where you will pay four, six or eight times more.
Hana massage don't pretend or rip you off. It provides a service and by all accounts, an excellent one.
If you want more,. take the masseuse out to your hotel or apartment. Thee's no need to stay in the parlour.

As the Board Member who recalled the alleyways of London's Soho in the 60's and 70's I did not mean to imply that Rin ran a dirty establishment or that there was anything unclean about her premises. Merely that the building was a little of the beaten track and that climbing up two flights of stairs brought back memories of my youth and I suspect that of other board members who were born Cocknies.
To sidetrack a little I caught my only dose with a ST girl in this sub Soi in 1987 after a night in Washington Square. I know that I rang the bell at least four times that night so some people had a good time with me. But boy did I suffer on the flight back to London a few days later!
Back to Hana and the present day..... I will be back in BKK in a little under a month and this will be one of my first visits. I will be interested to see whether the decor beyond the colourful reception area has changed from the utility dark brown of two years ago.
It is now two years since I made my initial comments. Many congratulation to Rin and her girls for making this establishment a success. Long may it continue to provide so much pleasure to those in the know.
The fact that it is only recently that Rin has started to commit herself full time to Hanas makes me suspect that whoever helped her financially in 2005 has now been repaid. She is free to make her own decisions. Red blooded captalism in action!
I know that Paul Raymond,who bought all those buildings in Walkers Court and St Annes Court forty years ago and so was the landlord to all those 'Models',
died worth over Ģ300 million. Rin may not be that fortunate but long may she and her empire prosper.
I am glad to have been proved wrong.

My first visit to Hana, a Thursday 5:30. Right away, a personal record for quickest choice of girl. She was squatting in the subsoi, near soi 22, talking on her mobile. Oh WOW and Chok Wow as well I suppose.
I visited Hana's on Friday night and South7eventh went north quicker and farther than for many years. The resulting Northern lights were epic and spectacularly satisfying.
It was gone 11.00 pm when I turned off Soi 22 into the darkened Sub-soi. I was only hoping to be able to make an appointment for the fabled balls massage treatment. I have seen Rin just a couple of times and I know a lot of guys have had a lot of fun with her. So have I even if not overexcited.
On my little walk through the city the other day I was passing soi 22 and just had the idea to drop in at Hana and perhaps recall some good time with said Rin.
Walked in and next to the small counter sat an older lady which I at first did not recognize. Looked again and actually found myself asking if it was Rin?! She confirmed and it was a small shock to me. Ok - havent seen her for a year or so but gosh had she changed! She looked very tired and worn to me and gave the image of a quite older lady. Forget the picture of her on their web.

I walked out and it is very unlikely I will return. Sad really. But maybe this is a good example what will happen to these girls once the looks are gone and the star is falling. Rin has certainly been a thought after asset by many - and now she has her own business which I believe will be very hard to foresee as a great income. She is well beyond her glory days - and with no great artists in the stable. Wished I could say something else to promote her - but after all - this is a forum to tip others about doīs and dontīs!?

Very funny you should post these comments.... I went to Hana not so long ago adn found myself thinking the exact same thing. Sure she changed her Hair color, but she really looks tired and Overworked.
