Not Quite... but I am young and can still shoot 3 times in a session. Once you taste the good stuff, it's difficult to go back to regular joints. I still do though, for example: Miss Kaew at Pink Massage (right next door to EZ) gives Excellent Service... she has a way of keeping me just at the edge of cumming the whole time.... until I explode all over her at the end feeling totally spent.

Yeah, this is getting interesting. I'm almost ready to start a betting pool on how long you stay open.
You've got 2 neutral reports now, and close to being negative. I think if they were unbiased, and you weren't a member, they would be negative. With you being a member, I seriously think the feedback you have received so far was softened up for your sake.
How do you justify a girl telling a customer that she is too tired, when she just got there? This behavior has nothing to do with working out the bugs from just opening. That just canceled the first reporters interest in returning, as that was who he wanted to come back to see.
This also increases my belief that the majority of your first day customers were BTF members.
You might be better in just offering massage without extras. Advertise that all your girls are Wat Pho trained in massage (and get girls that are). Tourists can identify with that quality of massage. This would set you apart from both those MPs next to you.....lololol. So far, you're not even close to either of their standards when it comes to the extras offered. Have you researched either one of them yet, to see what they offer, and how they do it?
I still wonder what would poses a girl to say she's tired, and then the rushing to get things done. My only guess is either poor training, or no training.
If you have taken the time to read the forums, you will notice one prevailing trait in all the MPs (and most any entertainment business for that matter), that get high ratings here. Have you identified that single most important trait yet? From this last report, it doesn't look like it.
You are so glad to get feedback, but now in both instances, you are just making excuses instead of trying to correct the shortcomings. Most good managers would have made offers to the customer to make up for the mistakes. You just say thank you.....hahahahaha.
You are getting very good information about what your business is lacking in, yet you make excuses as to why you aren't providing those services. You are getting requests of what members want (this is also what tourists are looking for), yet you are totally resistant to offering even the basics in the area you've chosen to open up in, and are totally unaware of what your competition is offering.
The biggest mistake you are making, now in 2 instances, is you are not interested in satisfying the customer. 2 times now customers have walked out of your business with major complaints, and you just say thank you. Don't you see a flaw in this behavior?
To get an idea of what good customer service is, you might try reading the old Eden Club thread (when Mark owned it). It is one of the longest threads, and will give you very good lessons as to what good customer service is, and how to really take an interest in your customers, rather than just saying "thank you" when you get negative feedback.
As it is going now, you won't last long when the #1 club is right next door, and people can walk right next door rather than go up the stairs for lower quality service. Word will get around very quickly, in all circles, that you really have no interest in supplying what customers want, and expect, at the location you've chosen to open up in.

Oh the things one has to do for the forum member's sake.
Well, what happened was that after my first visit having had such a wonderful conversation with Nancy I just felt the urge to go back and...well talk some more.
Again I was greeted very well upon arrival, offered water and recognised as a repeat customer "already". The feeling that your business is appreciated is very good.
I took Nancy for a two hour oil massage session. Her personality is outstanding, her English is pretty descent and her body is absolutely amazing, she has an athlete's body, and I love her darker skin.
In the room I had a massage first, however talk of special service had already been done, so that was a deal. After a good massage (her massage skills are pretty good) we got down to it.
We discussed multiple shots and I was duly advised that two shots means "twice" the price, i.e. 1,500baht * 2, I suppose if you cum three times than it would be * 3, but after hearing that I did not want to get into the minor details as I knew that one shot would be all I would want then, I just had to make sure I got the most out of that one.
BJ was covered, I even got a lecture as to how even boyfriend and girlfriend should not do uncovered BJ's, only when married. mmmmm ok.
The boom boom was very good, she is flexible and can get into some good positions, no regrets there at all, she performed well.
There were other tedious traits though, i.e. no fingers, no anal, in between sex want to get a BJ again so have to change condoms.
So obviously compared to Mango, here you do not get that wow experience where you come out of the room crawling rather than walking.
So if you like your session to be the equivalent of making love to your girlfriend than this is the place to come as you get treated as such. If you want a sexy, naughty time where you can let loose and go wild, than next door is better, your choice. So far that is how I would sum up things.
I forgot to mention also, that both times when I went back to the cashier to pay, straight away I was given the 50% price as a forum member, no intention to charge more at all. Yesterday I didn't even mention the forum at all, but as I was recognised from the day before, the mamasan just quoted me the 50% rate, that is a plus point.
Also their appointments are kept and they tell you the truth at all times, very good business etiquette if you want repeat customers.

I stopped by EZ on Friday. Did not choose a girl, so cannot comment on service yet. However, I would like to make a few observations. Walking up and into the place, I was impressed with the atmosphere and relaxing music. Very inviting. There is an attention to detail in decor. So there is some considerable thought going into this business. IF management can spend the same effort and attention to the service side, then they will really have something.
It is fair to give a place a chance to grow and learn. Obviously being next to Mango (one hellava place) is going to bring up comparisons. From what I hear, EZ is NOT anything like Mango... yet. I have a feeling they are going to NEED to become more like Mango, in some ways, if they are to survive.
The photos are overly retouched, as so many massage places are. This has got to change. Guys are getting tired of this.
Over all, from what I saw from the place and the active online participation by management, I think EZ has great potential. But only if it truly strives to be great. Mediocracy just won't cut it.

Planning on visiting EZ soon but really amazed to what extent EZ part owner has all the bases covered. Just some of the options to find the same girls with different names. I knew one of those girls at EZ looked familiar. Had one of the escort site girls awhile back, very average performance and although the pics seem to be real, thats the problem, it is the same girl advertsied but so photo shopped that I didnt even recognize. She told me that they all go to a place in Bangkok that makes skin tone 10 times lighter and clear.

You just priced yourself right off the block, and with mediocre services. Again the statement of I think I'll just continue to go next door comes to mind. For 8 hours from 10:00pm until 6:00am it will only cost me bt3000 next door, and I am going to get superior service. What is the better option?
You didn't seem interested AT ALL, about why flashBKK didn't choose a girl. It's all becoming very clear what your real interest in BTF members is.
I hope everyone else sees what is going on with your request for feedback. Someone has to visit your MP, and spend money to give feedback. So far that is all it is, getting customers into your business. There has been absolutely NO comments by you of responding to member's conplaints, other than "Thank you"....lolol. Are you making any changes that have been complained about in the feedbacks so far? Is Lilly still tired?
It would be much nicer if instead of leading everyone on about wanting feedback, you were flat out honest in that you don't really give a sh*t about feedback, and only want customers.
My bet is that you will be gone by August, not even lasting through the slow period. Any other bets?
