Whatever the truth is, my advice (to me, if I'm the only one reading) would be not to put oneself at harm nor others at harm, to try very hard not to do that. Exactly, I mean: A lifetime of the special fun offered at wonderful Tulips is preferable to a couple extreme hours there and a life of grief or anxiety.
People ought to just treat condoms as part of the equipment for a special sport. Instinctually (immediately) it's hard to do, but worth it. A change of perspective is better than the alternative. Times have changed. But guys are always trying to make some ultimate expression in some woman's body or in an argument with other men. Piteous, really. The only ultimate expression we're each going to make will be our last. So we should think of prolonging our fun until then.

It ain't dumb, Nic Frenchy. You're taking responsiblity for yourself and the girls you meet so often, with protection for both of you ( assuming that it is just the two of you on each occasion, but you know what I mean ).

So his problems are within and with himself.
