So far what I have gathered is that only the health clubs in the upper scale hotels do offer such facilities. To gain entry, you must be either be a hotel guest or purchase either a quarterly or annual membership.

IMHO your best bet in order to address your specific requirements might be any "Health Centre" of a five/four star hotel. Have fun.

IMHO if you wanna have the real aromatherapy and oil massage you better hit the hotels. Sauna, jacuzzi, up-scale facilities are available.
On the other hand, if you wanna have "extras" your best bet is BARONS and EURO INN. They will use Jhonsons baby oil instead, so to speak.

Garden Spa in Washington Square offers what you are looking for.... not as "upscale" as the inhouse hotel facilities but pricing is more reasonable. Opens at noon (they turn the sauna on at 2pm) every day. The senior mamasan's name is "Bla"... speaks fair english.
The ground floor infrastructure consists of two (large) saunas, steamroom, hot and cold (damn cold) plunge jacuzzi tanks. Also a "TV lounge" where you can flop out and suck a cold beer. Upper 3 floors are Thai massage and very professional oil (usually with hand finish). It's a well-run joint... clientele mostly Japanese/Korean but a mix of others. The rooms are small and spartan... can be a bit cold with the aircon cranked up but shouldn't be a problem this time of year.... 
Rajadamri Spa is also serviceable (across from Zen) with the same portfolio of services but I don't like the atmosphere as well and the parking is a pain.
I can't confirm that either place offers "aroma" as a menu staple... never asked or noticed since I don't care for the perfumey approach. But I am sure it would not be a problem if you wanted to bring your own lubricant.

Is Washington Square facing Sukhumvit? Around what soi? Sounds like the old Clinton Plaza area...
Is it easy to find if I'm walking around there?

Most Sukhumvit-area taxi drivers know "Washington Square". The main entrance is on Sukhumvit, directly across from Soi 33. As you walk in to the square, bear to your left and then right at the "L" where you see the Silver Dollar bar. The spa entrance is about 200 yards further on, on your right. You will see Wild Country bar on your left.
Remember; you need to give us a trip report after your visit as a payback for the advice...
