Check out the BangkokPost Classifieds. They list a whole bunch of visiting massage services. The prices seem to vary.

Have not visited Phi-Phi island yet. Have to try that out some day. Nightlife there can never compare with Bangkok, which has the most variety and girls. Perhaps you could get a girl from Bangkok and bring her to Phi-Phi island with you. Just a thought.
