Hello to all,
I am new here and many thanks to all information, I find them informative n useful. I will be going to Bangkok next week and staying in Novotel Siam Square, its my second visit( last visit was 10mths back). I have visited the massage palour opposite Novotel and they charged B1200 for oil massage and got nothing special, not even hand-release, very expensive compared to what I read in the forum. My friends who stayed in Bangkok Palace last year told me the same thing about the massage palour in Bangkok Palace hotel too(B800 for oil massage and no special offered). I just like to verify this and see i anyone can recommend any good massage in Siam Square/ MBK area. Many thanks .

Walk one block to the Skytrain and go to Nana Station. Get off and walk to the other side of the station and walk down the steps. Walk towards the way your train came from for 1 block turn left on your right you will see the Nana hotel. One block past the Nana on the same side of the street is the Rajha Hotel turn right walk 100 feet and on your left is Annies massage. They open around noon and you will get excellent service for 1500 this includes tip. Check out #7 Snow I was with her this April and she was great. Good service, fair prices. Very safe area. Annies is a 5 minute walk from Nana.

are there any around the Hotel, Siam Square area whereby it is walking distance? I cant speak/ read Thai and may have problems taking the train.

The Skytrain system in BKK is so simple. All directions are indicated in both English and Thai. And there is always someone to assist you.
Look at the display, count the number of zones, pay ant the machine, take your card and off you go. the cheapest and most convinent way to trAVEL IN BKK.
Remember it is not New Your Subway.... this one is easy. Should you get lost, just get off, pay again and return from were you came.
Harry you can do it.... it is worth wille.

I stayed for 5 days in Novotel Siam . There was a nice lady who does good body massage. But no extras, on the last day she asked me how much can I pay for extras , but I was not in mood at that time honestly.In general, no there is no "special massage" in Novotel siam square.
One more thing, please book as double occupancy otherwise you will keep paying 77 baht every day extra for your guest, if you bring in the room for over night stay. There is a disco in basement CM2 . I did not see any Russian as such . Neither the girls looked attracted to me . Good luck and enjoy thoroughly....write to us all in details,ok?

From the main page of this site go to maps and look at the map of the BTS (Skytrain). Since it has only two lines that meet at Siam Square, you will see that you are ideally located. It is one of the easiest systems I have come actoss. And the names of the stations on the maps at the stations and inside the train are all in English.
As for a good massage, the two easily accessible massage places are Barron's at Sukhumwit Soi 24(Asoke Station on the Skytrain) and Darling at Sukhumwit Soi 8(Inbetween the Nana and Asoke stations.)
