Hello !
I will have some long waiting time at the airport on my next trip. As Amari hotel seems to be a rip-off, what are the most convenient places to go to with a taxi (soapies would be also OK) ?

To be percise there are three threads on Airport Massage that could be used to ask your question. Type 'Airport' and 'Massage' and search all forums as they are spread across the board.

And to save the arseache of finding there are no good soapies near the airport, I asked the same question a year ago, here is my advise.
Jump in a taxi and in 20 minutes you can be at Cupidity at Plaza, thats what I do anyway

Whist awaiting a flight I had an oil massage at the Airport Terminal 2 I believe. Very cute lady and surprised when extras were offered (and accepted HJ) Expensive though, but if you're flying out and have the baht left, what the hell! Only in Thailand are HJs available at checkin!!

Sorry guys about asking questions on an already posted topic. Anyway, I had a look at various posts and they address only the topic of massage on or near airport, except for Basher suggesting to go to Cupidity (thanks again!), a suggestion that corresponds to my request. I don't mind taking a taxi as I have enough time, I just don't want to get stuck in Bangkok's traffic jams because of bad location.

Old thread I use to report on my experience yesterday.
I just come back from an 8 days trip including 1,5 in bkk, 6 in China and a 5 hours stop at the airport on my way back.
Going in bkk I happen to stop in an MP I did not know around 9.00PM; three girls having dinner outside; the usual chat especially with one who looks very nice to me.After 10 min she agrees to spend the night, 800 for the shop, 3000 for her. Very pretty girl, at least an 8, a kind of small Thai NAomi CAmpbell (may be a bit exaggerated !!). No problem in the room, we also talk nicely, I take her number and goes China in the morning.
Day before I leave China I call her to ask if I can see her the day after, would be nice to come at the airport...says yes.
I call her to confirm a couple of times as the flight is a bit late. She says no problem I go early, I will wait for you ! Luckily it takes me only 20 min from landing to outside of the airport, and there she is, beautiful waiting at the airport, coming with a taxi she kept ; it took her one hour, she paid taxi from MBK to meet a guy she saw once !This country, those girls are really totally unbelievable.
We go to a near by hotel I booked (800bhts) ; we stay 3 hours together; she just made pictures for the shop she quite proud of, and she gives me one...I can hardly leave her as she is really just what I like, and back to the airport in the same taxi. I give her happily 3000 for taxi and her, which considering her trust and time to come and go seems OK to me. What a nice stopover! Only in Thailand can you organize this !I think ?

I think you pretty much just nailed what makes Thailand such a pleasurable country to be a sex tourist in 
I know others are bemoaning how 'expensive' it's getting, and how other countries are 'cheaper' (Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam), but in the end, best as I can tell, most lack the same attitude that makes Thailand worth every penny for the additional amenities it offers.
I mean, there's only so many temples to see, right?
