Rose Massage has recently opened in the same shophouse that was formerly occupied by the now defunct Kornwan (and frankly with a name like that it should be defunct)... a few hundred meters past Queen's Plaza on Suk 22. The owner/manager is Anna, a retired Baron superstar whose first entreprenuerial effort was "Anna" off of Suk 26 near Angel. Those who go back as far as I do will remember her as a most accomodating lady.
Her new effort is pleasantly decorated (significant improvement on Kornwan) though her choice of pastel yellow paint and endless artificial flowers might be faulted by some. There are only 7 rooms, but the showers have been improved/enlarged, the silly wooden Japanese tubs consigned to the scrap heap... and everything cleaned/painted/upgraded. Very adequate infrastructure... larger than most OM venues (especially the showers) and spotlessly clean. Beds, though "firm"... are adequate for twosomes. Speakers pipe pleasant and innocuous music into each room at decibel levels that lull, rather than shock the eardrums.
On the menu we find the expected services and pricing... Oil, "Oilment", Aroma, Lotion... at market prices of 4-500/hr. Of particular interest is the menu item "Room for Man Testicles"... a charming variant that I have not seen before.
There is a small cadre of providers on the premises... chosen with an eye to youth as opposed to experience. Anna also has access to a large inventory of off-premises freelancers (some of whom are pictured on her website at www.roseno1massage.com). These are available on 20-30 minutes notice, subject to availability. My initial impression (based on two encounters) is that the ladies may lack professional experience, but make up for it with a customer-focused attitude.
Wifi access for those who cannot unplug. Heinie is 80b, but the first beer is free if you mention being a formum member. Wine can also be ordered, if you can wait 15 minutes while they nip over to Villa to purchase it.
Parking in front on the subsoi, on Suk 22 (depending on time) or at one of the nearby hotel garages like Mercure... 10 minute walk from BTS Prom Phong. Bookings at 02-260-1409 or via Anna's cell at 087-500-2759.
Open 11am to midnite... a convenient venue managed by an experienced professional who will go out of her way to accomodate her customer's tastes and whims... no matter how exotic.

Yes, struggled to find it. I guess the directions are correct here, I mis-read them as just pas Queens Park Hotel. It is just past the Queens Plaza beer bars, down a small soi. Thanks JA!

Website needs work. The room for Man's Testicles, I think is an error. I think that's meant to say renting a general room with a massage including testicle massage. I only see pictures of the girl's faces, I want to see their bodies. When I went to Kornwan, I specifically picked the girl with the braces when I saw her bod.
Also, we need more pictures of the room and some pictures I don't like (like the girl with the hairdryer.). Also the picture showing the 10 stamp card is a-ref with Kornwan still.
So, it does get my interest, but more work please. I want to go, I choose 2 girls, so I need to know what they REALLY look like and what the rooms really look like. More pictures, please!
