What you can do deep file is read and understand a post before you comment.

Also supplied a website address and you can see from the website photos this is NOT TO BE CONFUSED with a shop named THONGLOR.
The shop named Thonglor is not what I was looking for.
The shop I am interested in is on THONGLOR SOI 1.
The link you provided is to shop named THONGLOR.

I was in Bangkok this past weekend.
Decided to try this place.
It was dirtier than I expected and the service was half of what you would receive at Tulip massage just a short walk away for the same price.
Would not recommend this shop to anyone.
Give it a miss.

The original "Thonglor" thread consists of posts dating back to late 2004. There is extensive info on both "Tonglor I" (the original shop) and "Tonglor II" which opened later on Suk 24. At that time both shops were under the same ownership, but that changed several years ago.
To discover this it would of course be necessary to actually read back through the topic.

If you look at the map on the website Gino linked to you will find that Gino is referring to a shop that is located on Suk soi 55, Thonglor 1, quite near Thonglor Skytrain station. In short it is not the same as the Thonglor 1 that used to be on Soi 26.

Um, yeah. That's why the original thread was titled "Thonglor". Because that shop on the corner of Thonglor Soi 1 is named "Thonglor" (after the street it's located on)... no map necessary. Been there for 6 years, and so has the topic. But you would have to read the thread to discover that.
After Thonglor II opened on Suk 26 everyone began to post comments for the new (second) shop under the Thonglor thread.
In Jan 2007 the owner opened a third shop on Suk 26 which he called "Thonglor I" thereby ensuring maximum confusion. This location never gained traction, and has been closed now for a couple of years... so it's irrelevent, though there are several posts about this shop under the original thread also.
I don't want to beat on a dead horse too long here.... there are plenty of duplicate topics on this board, so one more is not going to cause any fatalities. But "Thonglor Soi 1 Massage" (actual name Thonglor Massage) has been around for years, and there is plenty of accurate intelligence on the place already posted, for those who are interested.
