Are there any GNCs in Thailand or other health food stores to buy protein shakes? I am going to be living out there and I do not want to loose weight.
Also, any recommendations on where to get a chest wax and what price? I get a great response from girls when I am waxed.

GNC in BKK has protein powder for making protein shakes, but when I last checked the price at GNC in December, it was $75 USD for a fairly small container (lasted me about a month, was an Aussie brand). I mentioned this in another thread recently, but I forget which one (I guess I could UTSE but I'll just re-respond here).
I'm taking a 5 lb container of protein powder from the US with me this month. Cost in Amerika: $28USD. Price for this much in BKK, about $150 USD. So you may want to consider taking your own. As GNC and the like have more local brands available, you may see the price come down. The imported stuff has high tariffs, hence the high prices.
Curious if anyone else has checked the prices recently?

GNC Thailand's prices for supplements (protein, creatine) are a total rip-off. Only one brand and probably just one flavour too.
Funnily enough, you can buy protein powder on the Nana BTS Station now. The brand is "Pro Plus", the price is much more reasonable than GNC's. Haven't tried it yet, but will soon when I run out of the whey isolate I brought from home.
Some of the pharmacies on Inner Sukhumvit also sell Pro Plus.. Saw it in one, can't remember which one though.

Proplus choc contains sugar and has very little choc taste or colour to it. I prefer their RAW product which is unflavoured isolate and sugar free. I've only mixed using a blender so I'm not sure if you can mix it by hand.
It runs 1300 baht a tub down in Pattaya.

What size tub are we talking about here???? they range from 500g up to 4kg.
