Interesting site - how to build a decent house for under Bt1m.

I notice that he put the house under a company name - something I would have thought would be cost ineffective for such a cheap house given the legal fees and on-going auditing fees.

Anyone know how you go the company ownership route on the cheap?

The guy from that website just got back to me saying that the legal costs are Bt20k to set up and about another Bt20k per annum maintenance.

Set up costs look very low....
