Yes, same site. The owner is Greg. They also own the franchise for Subway sandwiches. He's a member of BTF but not active. And don't believe everything you read. If you post a normal questions like this, you get a normal answer. Try to wind up, we'll tear you up....

Agree with Bangkoksexydotcom. There's no need for a lawyer. Just ask your accountant or your secretary. All forms and a check-list to be followed are available at the labour dept. or the one stop service at Rachada. It's really just a matter of providing them with all the required papers. Just follow the check-list.

Another dumbass trying to play wise nose! ---------------------------------------------------------------- Some companies won't do it, so how do I get it done myself? ---------------------------------------------------------------- If you've read this part carefully, you would have understand he's not employed and doesn't have a business. ---------------------------------------------------------------- or the one stop service at Rachada ---------------------------------------------------------------- Yes, send him there... (make sure, Hub, you register first 35 million baht or BOI approved). Yes, you can do it yourself. But lawyers have special 'relationships' with the decisionmakers at either the Department of Labour or The One Stopo Service. It wil cost you more, but the chance of success is higher.

Ashole... I do it myself for 20 years and didn't pay any lawyers for that. There's absolutely no need for expensive lawyers. Just follow the rules and the work permit will be granted. I also did not say that he should get the work permit from the one-stop-service, but the required forms to fill out as it is easy to go by subway. Maybe you should find yourself a lawyer to help you read and understand postings on this board.
