When I went to the land deparment (pattaya) to transfer (buying) the land and house, and of course I have to use the company to hold it, just like what I did before. But this time they said all the share holder of my company have to show up and also they ask a lot of question. And they said, because there is a new rule, just want to stop us to buying house and land using company name!!!!!!!

HK guy,, What problem,, as I stated my lawyers have already found 3 different methods to get around the new ruling. Assuming you have a half reasonable lawyer he should also have no problems.
