Is the proplus brand a whey concentrate? I'm ignorantly guessing yes. Anyone seen how much protien per serving?
I myself am brining a 180cap bottle of megamen, a 250g bottle of gnc crystal vitamin C.. and as much oil of oregano to burn all the bird flu in asia.
BTW (little off topic) but Tamilflu has nothing on Oreganol! check it out...

Oreganol is a better brand (along with oregasyn) of P73 which is certified wild mountain oregano oil from greece. It is an anti-viral anti-fungal. Magical stuff. I use it as a preventative. one drop under the tounge after toothbrush/mouth cleaning. If I feel cold/flu coming on I overdose on the stuff. I never get sick (touch wood). It is hot like pepper hot and has a spicy odour.

I have been using Oreganol for my allergies to mold for over 5 years and it works great for that, but....
Flu is a virus, not a mold or a spoor. A virus is a string of DNA smaller than a cell and would probably not be affected by an anti-fungal like Oreganol.
Why you probably did not get sick was that your immune system was better situated to handle disease because it was not fighting the fungi and molds that are endemic to our society.
I am a great supporter of homeopathic treatments to fight disease, however I would suggest that unless you have documented evidence that a particular herb or treatment is effective, it would be a disservice to the reader to suggest it as a solution.
Ironically enough, the most effective natural anti-viral treatment is chicken fat (as is a chicken soup of course)...
