I don't think you could get the cheapest suite at Emporium for less than 55K unless you had connections or negotiated a really long lease. Especially after you add in all the other fees listed on their web site: http://www.emporiumsuites.com
Unless you have money to burn or just want to show off, there are probably cheaper places that provide more.

lockheed donno any of them. but i would stay away from soi 2 (loud / expressway) and also soi 4 might be a bit different (soi nana) to the rest, but if you like good excess to nep that might be just right for you.
soi 31 is a very nice soi, quiet with a lot of green around but quick to go everywhere (emporium, soi 33, cowboy, narcissus, aishe, ratchada and petchaburi!)

Emporium suites are top of the range, and Ive seen many Condos rented out in the 60,000 bt + range per month, that are no better, and not anywhere near as well located - however probably some of the President apartments, suk soi's 11, 15 are worth a look - and certainly all will negotiate a monthly or long term rate.

Check out the Service appartements at the new Conrad in Wireless (Wittayu) Road.
Not officially opened yet -supposed to be anyday now. However, they are already quoting promotional rates.
From the brochure I saw the rooms look almost as nice as the ones at Emporium Suites and although I do not remember the rates now for the Conrad, I recall thinking wow! much lower than Emporium.
Location is good, but not great for walking to nightlife activities though very close -3 minutes walk to Plong Chit BTS and from there 2 stations to NEP. But it is next door to PhantomV's new hunting ground (Plaza Athenee)

Pinga in my post I said I do not remember prices. But I remember thinking when I saw them "wow cheaper than Emporium"

Found "published" prices of the new Conrad service apartments (the things I do for you Pinga!!):
Studio Suite 36sq.m 41k/month (much smaller than Emporium Studio)
1 BR Suite 54sq.m 59k/month
1 BR Suite 67sq.m 68k/month
2 BR Suite 91sq.m 85k/month
2BR Suite 108sq.m 98k/month
-all rates include vat-
In the floor plan the 1BR 54sq.m looks very similar to the ones at Emporium.
I am sure that you can get better rates if asking for "corporate". Then a further discount for long term (6 months).
