I thought it was 1.8mil of the gross, or is that the VAT, something else. Jesus. Everytime I talk with my accountant my head feels like it was hit with a neutron bomb. Can't we all just do business in private like without all this shit? I wish.

Dickin Situ,, nope, white Australian trash here which bans me from applying for many advertised working positions that state " Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders ONLY may apply",,, talk about discrimination!! Sorry LY,, I double checked with Sunbelt and also checked via an alternative reputable Thai accountancy firm " ALL ALL companies must return an Audit and Tax return even if they have had zero trading". I'm definately NOT calling you a liar, but I am getting qualified advice that what you are saying is incorrect. As for filing myself,,, way way too complicated,, I don't read Thai and know none of my in-laws are capable of correctly filling and filing these documents. I do my own tax here in Aus, but that is a whole different thing to getting things done in Thailand. Mel

My business just had to file, and I can assure you it did zero trading - and it was not set up by Sunbelt. Didn't cost me much, but it still had to be done.

Not recommended, better leave it with Thais majority until the political situation improves. Fiscal policies are heading towards pro-Thai majority under Surayud and CNS. Besides, one needs the powerful Thai figures at the co. to speed up paperwork.
