Isee, I think the main importer of Vegemite is ME. Other than that, no idea, but I would expect it to be perhaps UK, although they have that whoosier version for the girls 'Marmite'

Golf clubs, two sets of dive gear, all my reels, tackle, and fishing gear excluding rods. I brought my PlayStation 2 because at the time they were expensive in BKK. I am now in the process of packing a cargo container to ship to BKK. Two motorcycles, 4 wheeler, kayak, more rods and reels, 3 spearguns, and enough Cheese Doritos to last a year.

Funny you should say that Sepurama. The only thing I'm planning on bringing are my book collection, a couple of paintings that I want to hang on to and the Apple Powerbook I'm about to buy from my bonus!
I can live without everything else. Time to liquidate I think.

Personally have taken a fully furnished condo...nicely done as well. Am only bringing CDs, couple of paintings maybe, personal DVD player, clothes etc.
Everything else stays behind. Did want to bring my jukebox but decided against it.
Only concern is availability of Jaffa Cakes in Bkk.

Jaffa cakes? I think I saw them in the supermarket in Emporium.
On the 'Vegemite' issue, does anyone know if it's possible to get the original English Marmite in Bkk? It's readily available in HK and Singapore, but have never seen it in LOS.

Cheers Scobie will check out the Jaffa Cake situation. Either that or a few boxes in my luggage next time. There's nothing like a JC last thing at night after an evening on the beer.
Can't help on the Marmite because I hate the bloody stuff and can't say I've ever looked out for it. If I do will let u know.
October 16th eh? 2 weeks before me although will be there on Sunday for a couple of weeks.
