Agree to most of the points on setting up a company. The original suggestion was prior to the new ownerships rules...

However SW has a THai wife so presumably she could take up the Thai ownership so should be no problem.

The rules have not yet been passed, and I am sure that if they are, new ways of getting around them will be found.

I agree with the Sailor - I am in the same position and have put a hold on all additional investment in my thai business until things become clearer.
