I work with head offices and senior partners by choice,, don't want to be given 2nd best. Surely it would have been worth your while to travel to BKK ( cheap flights).
As for the bulldust of hkguy ( 300,00BHT ) is totaly unbelievable.
So far I have paid 25,000BHT company is formed, tax paid, registered,shareholders registered, share scheme registered, Managing director registered, company meeting and minutes completed, company stamp, trip to Isaan to assess land registration anomolies etc etc.
LY I doubt you really believe hkguy.

Mel, how much is your company's capital? And do you get any work permit, one yrs visa.........?
The price that you pay is just for a very basic company form up,ok! And for me, I need to form up a company for doing business. And 300,000batht is too much or not? It just depend on how much you invest, right.
Well maybe Sunbelt is jsut good for a client like you. And for me, I am sure I had found a wrong place!!!

Company registered as having 2 million BHT capital,, the working visa was optional at another 3,000 BHT but I don't need it as I will be flying in and out and not staying more than a month at a time.
If you are doing business and BUYING LAND I HOPE TO GOD YOU HAVE TWO COMPANIES?
Never do business with the company that owns the land.

May I ask who you are using now since you find sunbelt no good?
I did check another firm before settling, the other firm failed to give me confidence that they knew what they where doing.
