Definitely have to agree with CJ's original post/reply on this one. The industry in question is not hidden therefore does not require a guide to see it or discover it's secrets.
What we as farangs, see of the trade here in thailand is very small, and I have yet to find any ladies who are taking care of farangs against their will. Most are very happy and are touted as success stories back in the village. Often they are held up a measurement for other girls to get ahead. Families may not like it but once the success is achieved many past sins are forgotten, by the village, or the lady in question simply moves and gets a fresh start.
