Well to be fair to Mr Alan, there are some projects that the maximum legal ownership will be a 30 year lease BUT for the majority of condominium projects freehold ownership is possible.

Thank you for correcting me. What I meant to say was the foreign ownership laws are the same throughout Thailand, and are not specific to BKK.
