I have accessed many of the Thai University sites and am not finding any information about tuition costs for Private or state 2-year or 4-year schools. I am looking for the costs for Thai nationals and not farangs. Thanks

Manditory public school in Thailand goes to what 15 years of age ? Then everything cost dearly as to tution. books, living and studying. Unless your a super geek, rich, or sports superstar and can get scholarships school aint free. Many girls come and go out of uni's. Best bet is recomend a good 2 year applied skill degree then work while getting higher levels. Good Paying jobs in the white collar sector are declining but hey inflation and prices are goin through the roof also.

Good Paying jobs in the white collar sector are declining but hey inflation and prices are goin through the roof also. Ram is not expensive at all; most of the good government universities Chula etc are not expensive IF you can get in. International courses are more expensive, and Rangsit and ABAC are not cheap at ALL. So true... not free but countless students I know get through university for a few thousand baht a month to cover their cost of living plus another 10,000b a year to cover books etc and fees at RU. Best law school in the country according to some. Of course, this means not spending most nights hanging out at clubs and so on. Good paying jobs?! I have like 3 jobs here in a 50 person company; people are turning down 20k and 50k a month jobs as "not enough money" and a manager job suitable for someone aged about 30 pays 80k-100k a month; can't find even people to apply! Or do you mean white collar for farang who can't speak/read Thai? That I could see..... but again, for the expat with decent Thai language skills and not a fish outta water - all of those guys I know are raking it in too at the moment. Applied skill degrees sadly are massively undervalued here. A fair few uni grads are a total waste of time; but until technical colleges sort their sh&t out, better to get a decent degree from a decent uni. Part time work experience counts for a lot in my book..
