Hi All,
Anyone have experince or know the cost of international schools for 5 ~ 12 year olds (English language ) per term or year.
In Bangkok, suk area preferably, I tried the search engine blew a blank on this one

Well thanks kaaskop Dr love,
What I meant was I had used the BTF search engine looking for a thread on this subject,
and of course I found some stuff on google not really rocket science.
What I really wanted was an answer from a brother
who actually has kids at school, first hand experience you know, I think you misunderstand again  .
anyway its always good to wind you up and put you to work, so you have something to fill up your time.

Guys from the company that I work for do.
A coupla thoughts.
Where will you be? Transporting younger children to ISB or RIS (the top 2) can be a pain as they are out of town. Airport ISB. Minbuti RIS.
Gonna be here long? Will they go to another country later? Public school system?
Patana (Brit school) and NIST (OK for a Suk 17 location) are neareer town.
Beware...there are many crap schools, the govt here allows any jackass to open a school to make money. Stick to the 4 above.

Thanks Guys, Edge interesting info,
I was suprised not to find a thread on this with so many expats members.
Wanted some first hand info, my thai wife is nagging me to move to bkk but her arithmatic was never that good, she says she knows places cheap even though I have shown her internet prices. what you say above confirms certain things for me.
She thinks I can just waltze into a position in bkk just because my company has offices there, it doesn;t work like that though, I will be in town in a few mths and will check out a couple of these places just to get a feel and to understand the math, nothing is planned yet.
It is not a big deal for me but there is no way im gonna screw up my son's life on a wim without thinking it through. Internet gives prices but not an idea which ones are good and bad also very difficult when you are on the other side of the world.
My wife sent her family out to check - really reasuuring
and came back with figures sounding too good to be true,thats why I asked you guys when we arrive she will start on again choosing the places her family found talking in thai (yes I should learn thai -when I have time I speak two languages fluently already ), I want to be prepared first hand.
ticking in google does not tell me the quality or if they are any good.
