Imperial World in Laphrao has a skating rink, but it's not as good (or as big) as the one in the World Trade.

Some of the staff at the Central plaza told me that they will separate space of ice skating rink and give it for rent.Of cause,they will get more profit,but thailand Olympic team will loose figure scating and ice hockey parts.
