I don't know if any pool tables are made in Thailand. You could check the brands of tables that are in local pool bars and see what kind they have. I am assuming you want something cheaper than can be imported, and if such a thing was available, the pool bars owners who buy tables would know about it.

There are locally made tables; some of them very good indeed & well priced.
Suggest having a word with the owners of Ball in Hand. They certainly know whom to speak to regarding purchase.
