Im planning my first trip to Thailand, if I get a 'One Year Multiple Entry Non-Immigrant Visa'
I can stay for 90 days? then with a One-day border trip (4 hours from Bangkok) I can renew my stay another 90 days in Thailand?
so is 180 days possible on that visa? or can I One-day border trip loads of times (after all its says one year..)
has anybody used these guys before-

im thinking about using it, because im lazy and hate paperwork! any info would be a huge help, this year I finish my course and want to live in either Bangkok or pattaya for like a year, anyone know the answer?

That particular visa you are talking about is the same visa I am currently using now and you do your visa runs every 90 days to the border so for a 1 year visa you would do 3 visa runs in the 12 months and then renew your visa, return home or stay in Thailand and do a visa run every 30 days until you get a new visa.

You say it would be your fist trip to Thailand, instead of paying out the money for a 12 month visa why not spend 1 month in Thailand first to see if you like it and then apply for you visa in Thailand if you still want to play I mean stay.

im 70% I want to play *I mean stay* for a few months at least. cant wait to don some shorts + and tropical t-shirt and still get laid 
that cleared up that up a treat. I guess I should do another posting for apartments, I take it Pattaya is cheaper than the capital Bangkok...

if you time it right your visa can last 15 months if you return to the kingdom the day before the visa runs out you are still granted 90 days
if the siam visa is the same company as the one in phuket then yes they are fine a tg I know worked for the american owner ex american police man desent bloke
