I don't think we collect all the places in one. Maybe I didn't get your point. We love to hang around but we ALWAYS gather together at certain places to develop the plans for the day. A bit short of sleep I must confess....

Dave:Yes, there is a map , but I bet a bros know a place or two You can't find on that map.
You got it right , pinga.
BTS-lines can take You to walking distance for MP , entertainment areas Ưand so on.
Some are obvious like Nana but what is the station for CP2(example) ?
You gave the info:Payathai station for CP2.
I consider that info usable.
Makes it easier to move without taking the taxi (and avoid his commission and other hassling, if visiting in MP).

Hi Guys,
If for example, I would like to head for the massage parlors and clubs along Ratchadapisek Road (Poseidon, Natree...etc).Which BTS station should I alight, I must take a taxi from the BTS station of course. But which BTS station is nearest, if not close to all these action. Thanks!

closest (IMO) is Ekkamai OR Victory Monument. Depends which traffic jam you want to sit in. Ekkamai and you'll drive (taxi I assume) down soi Ekkamai, cross Phetburi on the overpass and hit Rama IX and turn right and head on to Ratchada. Vic Monument, and you'll catch a taxi on the circle in front of the old Robinson's Dept Store opposite the McDonald's and head east, under the little tunnel thing... past New Cleopatra, and then you'll hit Ratchada from the opposite direction. Those are the two straight shots and most taxis won't take you for a ride because there aren't really any shortcuts from either place. Use the Fortune Hotel and or the Telecom Asia Building (both on Ratchada) as visual references if you feel like you're taking a detour.
Both can take 15 minutes or 2 hours depending on the mood the city traffic goddess is in.
Do yourself a favor and go BEFORE the locals get off work OR wait until most of them get home.
