First of all, why are you even looking at this? Are you a poor, despondent housewife, a jobless slacker, or white trash - as that's the target demographic of such 'advertisements'.
That being said, anything that claims "Excellent Homebased Job Opportunities" in combination with absurd claims of income, and most specifically "NO qualification required" usually is a scam trying to either rope you in to sending out spam, folding envelopes and sending out spam, or participating in a scam which ends up costing you money.
It's a scam - look for a 'real' job
