Can anyone please give me information regarding bringing a Chinese or Vietnamese girlfriend to come and live in Thailand. What are the biggest problems regarding Visas, etc.

Jazz, I would say perhaps you should work out which of the two girls you want to actually bring? The Chinese or the Viet.
If both, I think you'll have greater problems with immigration but more fun at home.
Your residential status in Thailand would also have a fairly large bearing.
If you have problems with the Vietnamese gal " Khong co chi, Toi thik em dep lum"
