orchard is orchard towers opposite the hilton hotel at the bottom of orchard road, scotts road is also opposite the hilton but a about a 2 minute walk in the other direction to orchard towers.

a place to look for a good time in singapore would be at Orchard Towers...its something similar to that of Plaza in bkk as it has many floors of pubs and the girls there are mainly for pick ups. girls are from Philippines, Indonesia, some Thais and Malaysia as well.
i do not know much on the pricing though. for the other places for a good time and short time would be in Geylang area. this place is like the official red light district of singapore. you have rows and rows of terrace houses and they are the brothels.
if not its the typical MP attached to the hotels around town or stand alone MP in other places.
