i went by there at 5:00pm and 7:00pm. At 5:00 there were 4 girls there sitting on the sofa with a Thai mang-da (pimp) touting their services. One girl was a 2.5, the other a 5.5 and the last an 8.25. The only other punters around were 5 Indians sitting around shooting the shit waiting for more girls. We only stayed there for like 10 minutes as we wanted to go eat. We walked around the building upstairs and also the coffee shop and didnt see anything.
We then went to Interchange and didn't see any white people at all, cept for some Norwegian looking guy looking like a psychopath in the very small coffee shop. Interchange is a serviced apartment so I dunno, I guess if you hang out earlier and for a while u can see them come in/out?
We went back to Stella House at 7:00pm after dinner and there wasn't a single soul in the lobby. So we can assume the very last of the prime hours are around 4:00pm and perhaps very late at night I would suspect?

I actually live in the interchange tower and I can assure you it is loaded with Russians/Uzbeck girls, a good time to see them is around 10pm/11pm when they go out to Siam and grace hotel, I shared taxi to Sukhumvit with some of them many time. But for sure they dont hang out in the coffee shop waiting for customers, but maybe if they knew some punters would come this will change?

have been to stella house last week and there was around 10 girls sitting in the lobby around 5 p:m. all are russian but not a single beauty, I can say some even ugly.so I prefer to go back

Apparently her visa was looking like fake or something like that (i think it was valid but that they were trying to get her to pay them something by scaring her to spend the night in jail while they "check" the visa)
I told them that if they were willing to stop my "girlfriend" they had to stop me too, then I turned to the policeman who was apparently in charge, asked him his name and pretended to be about to call my Embassy on my mobile phone. (all this very quietly,politely,with a big smile), then they told us very fast that we were free to go.

The threat of calling the Embassy, or acting like you are on your mobile to the Embassy is a good trick to use in many countries around the world when you get into some BS jam from the local Police.
A buddy of mine actually got kidnapped (Car Commandeered) by police in a central asian country. They started to take him up into the mountains, about the only thing that saved him from completing that trip was faking calling the Embassy on the drivers Mobile.
A good tip to remember.

Wonder whether it would be cost-effective to bring a small-town Ukrainian girl to Thailand for a holiday rather than paying commercial sex rates in Bkk? Cleaner, and likely better-looking too.
