Not sure anyone would have any luck, but the majority of rich Japanese tourists stay at the King Power hotel on Rangnam just over from Victory Monument.
They don't venture away from there too much at all, except for the daily tours. Some of the single girls in groups might be looking for fun, though none of them are by themselves.
