My experiance with LOS has been with P4P ladies only, and I find 95% of them have very limited vocabulary probably amounting to 15 to 20 words in English.
No doubt before you experiance sex with a girl of particular nationality, some amount of novelty will be existing, but, once you have sex with couple of them it wears off.
The best bet is to get a P4P girl of your own nationality who is ready to service you in all respects.
But that said, LOS is a unique place, with abundance of girls at very reasonable cost, who are ready to service you in which ever way possible, the very sleaziness of the place makes is worth visiting any number of times.
But my best experiances have been with P4P of my same nationality because of easiness of communication.

you prefer same nationality but I prefer different one may be the reason is this that I can speak many languages to some extent with limited vocabulary

That's one of the reasons for learning Russian language. You get more mileage with the Russian speaking girls (Russians, Uzbeks, Mongolians, etc.) Wait a minute, I have not met any Mongolian P4P girl in BKK yet. Hmmm...
