... happened last night at at about midnight at the Twins Bar on Soi 23, just outside of Soi Cowboy... (there are two Twins bars, both near each other... this was the one closest to Sukhumvit)... I walked in the bar to see a guy getting blown by two girls while standing at the end of the bar... then one girl hiked up her skirt and backed right up to him.
Happens all the time in Pattaya on the Beach Road beach, at night -- except it's usually Russians, and they get busted for lewd and indecent exposure by the BiB (which has a healthy amount of irony on its own).
