According to my personal scale I would say the Russian girls are between 4/10-7/10. Yes, you can leave without taking a massage, you are not forced to take a girl you do not like.
Some of the girls in CM2 are pretty good. They vary from 5/10 to 8/10. However, they are not regular so they are not always there due to immigration reasons.
The approach is simple, just walk up to them and say hello. Gauge their response. Talk to them, normally they will allude to the question of going together. Prices may vary from 2,000B to 5,000B for short time and long time respectively.

I tried one in CM2. She asked for 5k and we finally settled for 4kB as it was 1.30 am. I would rate her (8/10). She mentioned that some times She gets 8k for the night. Also got a nice looking Russian girl on Soi 3 before (i think its almost a year). She charged me Baht 1,000 and took to her room - along Phetburi road.
