Stayed there in November on the 17th floor. The lady in the shop on the corner of the 14 floor seems to the the on site contact for many of the absent owners.
Apartments vary as they seem to be furnished by the owners. Some have UBC TV others dont. Prices seem to start at about 10K per month but they are verry small others are in the range of 20K+ Electric and water is extra.
The apartment block is well down Soi 13 and parts of it are dark at night. A short cut can be taken from Soi 11 Via the Ambassador hotel coming out by Dickens Pub.
I would advise you take a look at apartments before you do any booking.
Its not a bad location and no hassle with taking "friends" back.
There are apartments on the 15th floor + with reception on the 14th. Access to the apartments is via a card access door. No card No access so safe from mad GF's.
A couple of laundry places on the service floor and laundry facilities are also available and a couple of small shops. There was an internet cafe as well but I'm told its closed.

stayed in sukhumvit suites building for 2 years.
39th floor.
great location IMO.
nice motocycle guys outside.
you have to take the elevator to the lobby on 14th floor,
then through lobby (nice people) and glass sliding door. then take an other elevator to get up the apartment.
electricity, no surcharge (you get the electric authority bill). they will pay for you.
the lady at the convenience store on the 14th floor at the right back corner) always knows of apartments.
the laundry just next to it (on the left), she is a darling, 1'000 baht per month. I also had a 3 times per week maid for 1'000 baht.
I had a great apartment, nice view. quiet at such height.
couldn't continue the lease unfortunately. paid 20'000 for a 95 sqm, 1 bedroom.
went to see other apartments, but none were as nice. so I moved.
