Been let down on a house I had sorted so therefore I need an apartment or house for a Month, there is 2 of us initially but on the 10th until the 19th that goes up to 6! Plus with all the Thai Splat this figure could go into the midteens!
We dont mind squeezing for that 9 day's but would want 2 bedrooms for be and buddy for the duration.
Ideally near the action or a short cab ride away, obviously guest friendly.
Budget to 30,000B
Anyone got a pad they wanna rent out?
Looked on sh_t loads of sites and emailed without any response yet and scoured the forum with loads of results - but who's got the current best deals with availablity.
Probably end up booking a hotel for a couple of nights and pounding the streets but would be nice to book and arrive at appartment so any help is appreciated.

just have a walk around in the sois you like during the first days, you will easily find something this way. I found mine walking the area too.
thb 30k for a 2 bedroom is a ok budget for sukhumvit, but it is not top range.
