Yup it's not that hard to find good places under 50k a month, now of course if you want to be next door to Nana or something like of course that's a little tougher, but let's face it with the BTS it's not that tough to get around... now of course it helps that I have someone there for me to go look at places and take pics etc... but I still think with the net it shouldn't be that hard to find something in the price range you want.

Agree with Mel... you probably did not search properly.....
I live on Sukh and pay less than 50K all included (electricity, Water, Premium True Cable, Internet) and my appartment is 110 sqm.

Nope, not a serviced Appartment, but they offer free Maid Services 3 times per week (Mon, Wed, Fri) and she does it all (Washing up, Laundry, Ironing.... you'd be silly to want to f*** her as she is uglier than hell)
I have a 2 years lease contract though... might be why it's cheap...
I usually never stay in Condos, Always in Appartment buildings because I know the owner lives on premises and they have theyr staff in there to cater to your every needs (yep, I'm so lazy I don't even change my bulbs myself, they do it for me...)
I tip well so they always give me top service 
back to the issue at hand : If you are staying for 2 months, loads of hotels will even take you.
I had a quote for a colleague of 800 per night at the Euro Inn because it was long stay (that's 25k per month)

I stayed at Bally's for a month. Came to like it. If you're good with the little alley it fronts, which joins soi's 18 and 20, gets choked with cars at times, and offers a nearby motocy stand at the junction with soi 20, then the rest is gravy.
They offer a pretty reliable Internet in the room and a communal PC in the lobby. Breaky is kinda very lame.
The owner is very shrewd but very business. Be sure and get what you agree to in writing- being sure to dot every I and cross every t- or some extras may creep into the bill.
