According to their map Dr. Love when I first looked at it
Ok heres a report based on a one month stay:
English is limited for all staff members.
Rooms are painted in some interesting deep colours which tend to fry your brain after a while.
Pulled the fronts off of two pieces of furniture-improperly assembled.
Sink was cracked in half and glued together.
Got the bath plug in the drain but a bugger to get it out of the drain to let the water out.
Ants. Harmless.
No hooks in the bathroom.
Amenities were strange. One small bar of soap, but seven combs.
Never received one piece of toilet paper, or had any of the amenities replaced.
Best to buy your own loo roll, soap etc. before you arrive.
Pretty good 2 day laundry service-30 baht for short sleeve shirt impeccably washed and ironed.
Cleaning service people all smiles.
Cleaning service does not include vaccum cleaning. Never saw one-never heard one.
Sheets are very clean etc but each cleaning is 300 bahts per time - by broom only and duster.
I had a larger bedroom/living room suite with two TV's, both of which were never tuned properly.
Door security chain/double lock? Nope....it could have been done open with a credit card.
Front desk guy is a total lazy dick.
The woman seated at the back tries real hard.
Security office is front and center but no English.
Computer room is 24 hours at 1 baht per hour and all the Russian girls you can stomach. Loud and bossy, some leave their kids there while plying the trade.
Pool is full of 'floating stuff' and guys playng vollyball, with the occaisional Russian girl displaying her stretch marks.
Pretty much sound proof.
Newish refridgerator.
Bagged garbage is thrown out near the elevator in a pile.
Door key is an oval magnetic thing.
Very girl friendly.
Easy acess to Nana Plaza and environs.
Got deposit back a day before I left due to early morning travel departure, but took half an hour to explain it.
Payment of water an electricity is done by individual meters for each room.
Check the start numbers because easy extra cash for them when you check out on faked records. (Yep they got me).
A hallway connects you to the Rajah Hotel a dark and gloomy a hotel lobby as I have ever seen.
Two wonky elevators means quite a walk if your room is not nearby.
Paid 17,000 for the month and yes I got what I paid for.
Could have slept 3 people and sometmes it did.
My bud and I reserved two apartments which was done by email, efficiently and correctly me on the second floor, his on the third floor. No request for deposit.
Would not stay again. But for the small studios in the 10 to 12k range its ok as a bolt hole, or cheap f*** pen.
It served it purpose but unless you have the same purpose I cannot recommend it. Don't ask.
