I booked the 52 sqm studio for 2061 per night, 30 night stay in Dec on http://www.moveandstay.com. Terrible website for searching but they had the best rate.
They said it's inclusive of breakfast and internet which makes this a very good deal IMO. I've stayed in every room configuration here and I actually prefer the studio most. The balcony on the other units I rarely use and the studio has mostly the same amenities.
